Proceeding for foreign legal persons to occasionally exercise the profession of ANEVAR assessor

Details

According to OG 24/2011 art 28 para 5, natural or legal persons who are authorized evaluators having the citizenship, respectively nationality of a member state of the European Union or a state belonging to the European Economic Area may exercise the profession of authorized evaluator temporarily or occasionally. In this situation, the authorized evaluator is exempted from the procedure of registration in the Association.

The profession of authorized assessor is regulated by Government Ordinance no. 24/2011 and is included in the annexed list to Law no. 200/2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, with subsequent amendments and completions.*
