2 evaluation reports regardless of specialization (EI, EPI, EBM), in Romanian; these reports: i. must be representative for each specialization and must have been carried out by the candidate in the last 2 years; ii. must comply with the requirements of the Valuation Standards adopted by the Association valid at the date of the evaluation and with the professional practices of the Association regarding the content of the report, the approach and methods used, and the valuation procedures imposed by legal regulations (where applicable); iii. as a principle, the level of complexity must be above that of the projects and valuation reports drawn up for the final course and internship exams; iv. must contain the justification for the different aspects relevant to the way the conclusion was reached and must have the coherence and transparency necessary for a complete understanding thereof; the reports may be depersonalized; v. must be accompanied by calculation models in Excel format. The application dossier does not accept: i. simplified/uniform reports; ii. residential apartment valuation reports; iii. verification reports.*
