The procedure is informational in nature and is not available for resolution through this platform. The file will be submitted at the Urban Planning Directorate headquarters within the Ploiesti City Hall. The procedure lists the documents required for the issuance of the urban planning certificate.
According to the provisions of art. 6 para. 1 and 4 of the Law, the urban planning certificate is an informational document regarding the legal, economic, and technical regime of the property, as well as the specific urban planning requirements for the location, determined in accordance with the approved and endorsed urban planning documentation. This document is issued upon request to any applicant - individual or legal entity.
According to the Law, the urban planning certificate does not substitute the building/demolition permit and does not grant the right to carry out construction works.
