Details

This procedure describes how individuals, Romanian citizens, can request certification based on an exam in order to practice in Romania as a technical expert in quality in construction. The technical expert in quality carries out activity in one of the following forms - employee of a legal entity that has provided in its statute activities of technical expertise in construction quality, complying with legal provisions - authorized, as an individual, to carry out activities independently - employee of the investor, according to the law. The right to practice is proven by the valid ID issued by the competent authority together with the certificate of certification.

Regulated professions: The certified technical expert profession is found at position 10 in Annex no. 2 to Law no. 200/2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, as subsequently amended and supplemented.
