Notes: 1. According to the provisions of art. 6 para. (1) and (4) of the Law, the urbanism certificate is an informational document regarding the legal, economic, and technical status of the property, as well as the specific urban planning requirements for the location, determined in accordance with the provisions of the approved and endorsed urban planning documents, a document that is issued, upon request, to any applicant - natural or legal person. 2. According to the Law, the urbanism certificate does not replace the construction/demolition authorization and does not grant the right to execute construction works.
