Extending the validity of the practice of the technical expert in construction

This procedure describes the way in which specialists - natural persons, certified as technical experts in constructions, can extend the validity of their right to practice. The technical expert carries out their activity in one of the following forms - employee of a legal entity that has in its statute the activities of technical quality verification of projects, in compliance with legal provisions - authorized, as a natural person, to carry out activities independently - employee of the investor, according to the law. The right to practice is proven by the valid ID card, issued by the competent authority together with the certificate of attestation.

The decisions regarding the profession of certified technical expert may be challenged before the Romanian administrative courts, with the observance of material and territorial competence, as well as the deadlines established by art. 7 and art. 10 of the Law on Administrative Litigation no. 554/2004, with subsequent amendments and completions.
