Details

This procedure describes how individuals, citizens of another European Union Member State or of the European Economic Area, can apply for technical-professional certification based on an exam in order to perform the activity of technical expert in construction in Romania. The technical expert carries out their activity in one of the following forms - as an employee of a legal entity that has, according to its statute, activities for technical quality verification of projects, in compliance with legal provisions - authorized, as a natural person, to carry out activities independently - as an employee of the investor, according to the law. The right to practice is proven by a valid license issued by the competent authority together with the certification certificate.

Decisions regarding the profession of certified technical expert can be challenged before Romanian administrative courts, with respect to material and territorial jurisdiction, as well as the deadlines established by art. 7 and art. 10 of the Administrative Litigation Law no. 554/2004, with subsequent amendments and additions.
