Medical certificate/medical note stating distinctly that the person applying for registration in the OTDR has been examined both physically and psychologically and is fit to practice the profession of dental technician. The validity of the document is 3 months from the date of issue (scan of the original document)*

Identity document and, if applicable, documents attesting the change of name in the identity document compared to the study document (marriage certificate/divorce certificate/others) – scanned original documents*

The registration fee for OTDR is as follows: (1) 200 lei for graduates of relevant educational institutions, from the current and previous year’s classes; (2) 2000 lei for other categories of applicants. The registration fee for OTDR is to be paid into the following accounts: IBAN Code: RO54BRDE080SV70392720800, BRD Brasov IBAN Code: RO55BTRL04301205D48051XX, Banca Transilvania - Unirii Branch Bucharest. In case the dental technician requesting registration has previously been a member of OTDR, registration will be granted on the condition that any outstanding debts are paid. In this case, the registration fee is 2000 lei.*
