description with the submitted documents; the standard application for registration in R.N.P.A.R.C., as provided in annex no. 4; proof that the operator in the food sector requesting certification of a food product according to a traditional recipe is authorized/registered in accordance with sanitary veterinary and food safety requirements; the self-declaration through which it is certified that the recipe used respects the composition, conditions, parameters, and technological flow necessary to obtain the product according to the traditional recipe registered in R.N.R.C.; analysis report issued by an accredited laboratory for the product for which certification is requested, required to prove compliance with the parameters requested in the technical documentation; sketch of the premises with the placement of equipment used in the manufacture of the product; maximum production capacity, expressed in kg/l/day, for obtaining the product according to a traditional recipe; proof of registration as an economic operator; identity document of the applicant or the authorized person, in copy;*
