The order rejecting the application for granting or reacquiring Romanian citizenship may be challenged, within 15 days from the date of communication, at the Administrative and Fiscal Litigation Section of the Bucharest Tribunal. The decision of the tribunal may be appealed to the Administrative and Fiscal Litigation Section of the Bucharest Court of Appeal.
