Details

Authorization by the territorial labor inspectorate for granting cumulative weekly rest days after a period of continuous activity which cannot exceed 14 calendar days, according to art.137 para.4 of Law 53/2003, republished with subsequent amendments and completions – Labor Code

The request for issuance of the authorization must be addressed to the territorial labor inspectorate in whose jurisdiction the employer's registered office / place of business is located.
