-Copy of ONRC Certificate for legal entities -Copy of the accreditation certificate according to current legislation -The establishment deed or statute of the candidate organization -A brief presentation of the activity demonstrating experience in the field of inspection and certification - a declaration of commitment to provide MADR, upon request, with other documents and information - standard control procedure for economic operators - personnel file of the employed staff - written commitment to comply with community and national legislation in the field Annex 2 order no.8/2013*

- the accreditation certificate according to the legislation in force - the list with the names and functions of the personnel responsible for carrying out inspection and certification - procedures regarding inspection and certification - the evaluation report of the activity of the private inspection and certification body Annex 3 order no.8/2013*

its activity does not comply with the standard control procedure it has not corrected the violations identified by MADR it did not allow MADR representatives to carry out their control and supervision activity the private inspection and certification body has ceased its activity, its activity is suspended or the private inspection and certification body is subject to enforcement proceedings when, following the notification received from the national accreditation body in Romania RENAR or from another equivalent accreditation body in the European Union, a signatory of the European accreditation multilateral agreement EA-MLA, it is found that the accreditation of the body has expired or has been withdrawn on the basis of the accreditation withdrawal decision.*
