The applicant for the urban planning certificate is the natural or legal person interested in receiving information from the competent public administration authority regarding a property, land and/or buildings for the purposes defined in art. 6 of the law. For the issuance of the urban planning certificate, the applicant will address the City Hall of Cluj-Napoca by submitting an application according to form F1 - APPLICATION for the issuance of the urban planning certificate in which both the identifying elements of the property for which the certificate is requested shall be entered: locality, cadastral number and land registry number, where applicable, unless otherwise stipulated by law, as well as the elements that define the purpose of the request. Payment can also be made at https://www.e-primariaclujnapoca.ro/taxe. The structure that handles the request is the Urban Planning Directorate, Urban Planning Service.
