Details

Forensic experts can request their removal from the Table of forensic experts. The request is addressed to the Service of Related Legal Professions within the Ministry of Justice.

Stages:

Phase 1: written request to renounce the status of authorized forensic expert and removal from the table of forensic experts.

Phase 2: removal of the person's name from the Nominal Table who loses the status of forensic expert and publication of this updated table in the Official Gazette of Romania.
