This procedure regulates the way of issuing the authorization for the construction of technical-utility networks extension/connection: water supply and sewage; district heating; communications within the Constanța City Hall
SPECIFICATIONS:
In case the extension of water, sewage, or thermal networks is requested by RAJA SA, RADET, CET, etc., ownership document, cadastral paperwork, and land register excerpt will not be required; The documentation is to be submitted in two copies. The beneficiary’s copy will contain the original approvals.

Each sheet will have, in the lower right corner, a cartouche containing: the name of the company or designer, registration number or authorization number, as applicable, the title of the project and of the sheet, the project number and sheet number, date of preparation, name, role and signature of the preparers and of the project manager.*
