The procedure is addressed to individuals and/or legal entities (Romanians and foreigners) who wish to carry out, within the R.B.D.D. area, an activity that falls under Order No. 410/2008 for the approval of the Authorization Procedure for harvesting, capturing and/or commercialization, on national territory or for export, of mine flowers, plant fossils and fossils of vertebrate and invertebrate animals, as well as plants and animals from the wild flora and fauna, and their import, except for fish resources.
