For the extension of the validity of the building permit, a standard application form (according to Form - model F.12 - APPLICATION for the extension of the validity of the building permit) is filled in and submitted to the issuing authority, accompanied by the original issued building permit. The application for the extension of the validity of the building permit must be submitted 15 days before the expiration of its validity date.
At the same time as submitting the application for the extension of the validity of the building permit, the applicant must provide proof of payment of the extension fee.
The department handling the application is the Urban Planning Directorate, Construction Authorization Service.
