Details
For the extension of the validity of the building permit, a standardized application form (according to Form - model F.12 - APPLICATION for the extension of the validity of the building permit) must be filled in and submitted to the issuing authority, accompanied by the original issued building permit. The application for the extension of the validity of the building permit must be submitted 15 days before the expiration date of its validity.
Together with the submission of the application for the extension of the validity of the building permit, the applicant must provide proof of payment of the extension fee.
The structure handling the application is the Urbanism Directorate, Construction Authorization Service.
