The procedure is addressed to individuals and/or legal entities (Romanians and foreigners) who wish to carry out an activity within the RBDD perimeter that falls under Annex no. 1 of Order no.1798/2007.
In the procedure for issuing the environmental permit, there are deadlines both for the applicant and for the environmental authority, but the deadline for issuing the environmental permit is 90 working days from the date of submission of the complete documentation.
