This procedure regulates the method of endorsing the operating authorization for the conduct of public food service activities in the Municipality of Constanța within the Constanța City Hall.
After registering the application and verifying the documents, you will receive an email with the amount and payment details.
The fee is paid at the City Hall cashier’s office, after the documents are checked by the inspector, or by payment order to account RO39TREZ 23121160250 XXXXX.
(We do not assume responsibility for sums transferred by economic operators on their own initiative, without the inspector’s approval).
The annual endorsement is mandatory until March 31 of each year, after which delay penalties will be applied according to the legislation in force.
