Details
This procedure regulates the method of allocating land for apartments according to art.36 of Law no.18/1991, republished, the Prefect's Order, and communications within the City Hall of Constanta Municipality.
- according to the legal regulations in force, for the registration (tabulation) of the ownership right over the apartments in a block, it is not necessary to also own an undivided share of the built-up area of the land on which it stands;
- persons wishing to obtain the Prefect's Order attesting the right of ownership over the undivided share of the land on which the block is built, in accordance with the provisions of art. 36 of Law no.18/1991 on the land fund, republished, may address the City Hall of Constanta Municipality by submitting an application to which they will attach the ownership documents of the apartment.
