The applicant for the PRINCIPLE ENDORSEMENT ISSUANCE REQUEST is the natural or legal person interested in receiving from the Green Spaces Service the principle endorsement requested in the urbanism certificate, which is meant to be submitted in the file for obtaining the building permit.
**For the issuance of the PRINCIPLE ENDORSEMENT, the applicant shall address the City Hall of Cluj-Napoca by submitting a request (THIS IS NOT A STANDARD FORM) to the Green Spaces Service. The request must include:* beneficiary's name/surname, *street/no./apartment of the property for which the endorsement is requested, *name/surname/company name (designer), correspondence address, phone number, the purpose for which the endorsement is requested.
