Details

The procedure regulates the set of operations leading to the extension of the urban planning certificate, which aims to extend the validity of the Urban Planning Certificate in relation to the applicant's (beneficiary/investor) request and in accordance with the provisions of Order No. 839 of October 12, 2009 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the implementation of Law No. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, updated to date.
