The procedure describes the method for obtaining the agreement for temporary occupation of land belonging to mun. Constanta - site organization, occupation of public domain with scaffold, fencing of public domain

The requests accompanied by the documents listed therein are to be submitted to:

1. Citizen Information Center located at Bd. Al.Lăpuşneanu no.116C (inside City Park Mall - first floor, new wing), phone 0241 485 565.


2. Online, at the e-mail address: contracte@primăria-constanța.ro
- the fee for Constanța municipality is 2.12 lei /sqm/day;

- the fee for the use of public places belonging to Constanța municipality, in Mamaia Resort and Holiday Village is:


● in the periods January 1st – April 30th and October 1st – December 31st is 2.12 lei/sqm/day;

● in the period May 1st – September 30th is 4.25 lei/sqm/day;


- the agreement for the temporary occupation of land belonging to Constanța municipality for site organization based on the building permit, occupation of public domain with scaffold, fencing for the protection of the public domain adjacent to buildings until their rehabilitation is completed, will be issued within the legal term (30 days);

After registering the request and on-site verification you will receive an e-mail with the amount and payment details.

An agreement will be issued within 30 days from the receipt of the request.
