This procedure regulates the way of obtaining the certificate for succession debate (for the notary) within the Constanța City Hall.
Applications and documentation for the Cemetery Management Service shall be submitted at the following locations:
- main office on Str. Stefan Mihaileanu no. 10
- main office on Str. Baba Novac no. 194 (inside the Municipal Cemetery) for the Municipal Cemetery;
