This procedure regulates the method of obtaining a taxi authorization in the following situations:

A. For the issuance of a taxi authorization obtained as a result of one of the following operations, namely,

a. the merger of authorized transport operators;

b. the division of an authorized transport operator;

c. the authorized transport operator holding one or more authorizations renounces one or more authorizations in favor of their employees who prove they have acquired the status of an authorized transport operator (natural or legal person);

d. conversion of a natural person into a legal person

B. For the modification of the taxi authorization when the authorized transport operator finds itself in one of the following situations, namely,

a. replaces the owned vehicle

b. changes the registration number or terminates the leasing contract for the owned vehicle;

c. loss/damage/theft of the authorization

The documents must be presented in original and submitted in copy, as appropriate.

The fee for issuing the taxi authorization is 100 lei.
