This procedure regulates the way in which the certificate for the repatriation of the deceased person abroad is obtained within the Constanta City Hall.
Applications and documentation for the Cemetery Management Service must be submitted at the following offices:
- main office on Stefan Mihaileanu St., no.10
- main office on Baba Novac St., no. 194 (inside the Municipal Cemetery) for the Municipal Cemetery;
