The procedure describes the activity of providing certain personal data from the National Register of Persons.
Natural or legal persons may request, based on motivated written requests, the communication of certain personal data from the National Register of Persons, related to civil status data (surname, first name, date and place of birth, as well as the first names of the parents of the persons in question):
- data regarding the identity documents issued to the persons about whom information is requested;
- data regarding the granted domiciles and residences; data regarding the assigned personal numeric code.
