This subscription allows merchants, natural or legal persons (authorized to carry out the commercialization of food products such as fruits and vegetables) to display their products on the urban furniture intended for this purpose, located both on public and private property within the municipality of Cluj-Napoca.
For obtaining the street trade land subscription, which concerns the land associated with the urban furniture intended for displaying food products such as fruits and vegetables, the merchant should address the City Hall of Cluj-Napoca by submitting a standard request. This request should be registered at least 30 days prior to the start of the activity. The standard request must include the merchant's identification details: merchant name, registered office, CUI, registration number at the Trade Registry Office, representative, as well as the address of the work point in front of which the street furniture is to be placed. This standard request should be accompanied by documentation containing documents established by the local authority’s regulatory acts.
The structure that deals with the request is the Municipality Heritage and Property Records Directorate, Trade Authorization Service. The subscription is valid for one year. Its renewal is done upon the merchant's written request submitted at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the subscription's validity. All documents required for the initial issuance of the subscription must be attached to the renewal request.
