The notification is drawn up by merchants, natural or legal persons authorized in accordance with the provisions of art.18-21 of G.O. no.99/2000 regarding the marketing of products and market services, republished, and the methodological rules for the application of the ordinance, approved by H.G. no.333/2003. In this regard, the merchant will address the Cluj-Napoca City Hall by submitting a standard application, in accordance with the template provided in the annex to H.G. no.333/2003.
The standard application will include the identification elements of the merchant: merchant name, registered office, CUI, registration number at the Trade Register Office, representative, as well as the address of the place of business. This standard application is accompanied by the inventory list for the goods to be liquidated. The structure handling the application is the Directorate of Municipal Heritage and Property Records, Trade Authorization Service.
