In the situation of changing the name of the tourist accommodation structure, the economic operator, holder of the classification certificate, submits the documentation presented below for the name change. The applicant's request is analyzed and resolved as soon as possible, but no later than 30 calendar days from the date of submission accompanied by the complete documentation. Within a maximum of 30 days from the date of registration of the complete documentation, a new classification certificate is issued with the new name of the tourist accommodation structure. In the case of incomplete documentation, the central public institution responsible for tourism informs the applicant, within 5 working days from the date of registration of the application, through a notification, regarding the need to send additional documents, as well as regarding the consequences on the documentation analysis deadline previously stated. If within 6 months (180 days) from the date of notification, the documentation is not completed, it is closed.
