1. In the 2018 - 2019 university year, public higher education institutions in Romania organize the admission contest for Romanians everywhere, including citizens of the Republic of Moldova, for undergraduate/master's/doctoral studies, based on university autonomy, similar to the previous year, according to the provisions in the methodology of schooling in higher education;
2. Candidates can choose any field of study and any public higher education institution in Romania or, in the case of candidates from the Republic of Moldova, within the extensions opened by Romanian universities in Chișinău, Cahul, and Bălți;
