The procedure is intended for the County Public Health Directorates, as well as that of the municipality of Bucharest for the establishment of community pharmacies - forwarding documents to the Ministry of Health, Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Directorate. The resolution term (3 calendar days) represents the term for transmitting all documents to the Ministry of Health.
