Details

The procedure is addressed to County Public Health Directorates, as well as the Bucharest municipality for the establishment of community pharmacies - transmission of documents to the Ministry of Health, Pharmaceutical Directorate and Medical Devices. The resolution deadline (3 calendar days) represents the term for transmitting all documents to the Ministry of Health.

Art. 12 - (1) The establishment of a community pharmacy in urban areas is based on the number of inhabitants, proven by a certificate issued by the local public administration authority, as follows: a) in the municipality of Bucharest, one pharmacy per 3,000 inhabitants; b) in county seat cities, one pharmacy per 3,500 inhabitants; c) in other cities, one pharmacy per 4,000 inhabitants.*
