The procedure is addressed to County Public Health Directorates, as well as that of Bucharest Municipality in cases where changes occur in the conditions underlying the issuance of the operating authorization - headquarters/branch relocation - submission of documents to the Ministry of Health - Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Directorate.

The resolution deadline (3 calendar days) represents the period for submitting all documents to the Ministry of Health
