Details
The procedure is intended for the establishment of closed circuit pharmacies that serve healthcare units and/or outpatient clinics; the manager of the healthcare unit submits the application accompanied by the required documentation. The applicant will upload the documents specified in MS Order 444/2019 onto the platform – transmission of documents to the Public Health Directorate, preparation by the local Public Health Directorate of the verification report and the decision of conformity or non-conformity, and uploading them onto the platform.

The application is addressed to the Ministry of Health and will be communicated to it by the DSP. – Download the document, complete it, and then upload it to the platform, signed with an extended electronic signature.*
Proof of submission to the College of Pharmacists of Romania, the territorial branch corresponding to the county where the pharmaceutical unit operates, of the notification according to model no. 7 from the annex to the Norms.*
