The procedure is addressed to pharmaceutical units in situations where changes occur in the conditions that formed the basis for the issuance of the operating authorization in the following cases (they are not cumulative):

- change of the commercial name (brand) of one or more pharmacy sales points

- change of registered office address without work activity

- change of postal address name in the situation where the Local Council modifies the street naming plan.

- change of registration number in the Trade Register
