Required documents:

• Letter issued by the Ministry of Education and Research – National Center for Recognition and Equivalence of Diplomas (CNRED) recommending the completion of an internship in a public or hospital pharmacy, approved by the College of Pharmacists of Romania;

• Certificate of completion of the full internship in a public or hospital pharmacy;

• Copy of bachelor's degree diploma;

• Copy of identity document;

• Internship notebook stamped and signed by the territorial College where the pharmacy at which the internship was conducted is located.

The file is submitted at the CFR headquarters for the purpose of scheduling the examination for re-evaluating professional knowledge.
