The membership certificate is granted to pharmacists who, by making an express request in this regard, meet the following conditions:
- hold an official qualification title in pharmacy,
- are not found in any cases of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law,
- are medically fit to practice the profession of pharmacist,
- have not interrupted the practice of the profession for a period longer than 5 years or have obtained the degree in the last 5 years,
- have paid the registration fee (the fee is paid into the account of the territorial college SALAJ in the amount of 10% of the gross minimum wage in the country at the date of registration for persons who registered within 1 YEAR after graduation).
