Audit firms authorized under the provisions of Law no.162/2017 and the rules of the Authority for Public Supervision of Statutory Audit Activity (ASPAAS) may carry out financial audit activities provided for in art. 3 para. (3) and (4) of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 75/1999 only after registering as a member of the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania (CAFR).
