This procedure regulates the automatic recognition by the Military Technical Academy "Ferdinand I" of teaching positions in higher education obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad.
The Military Technical Academy "Ferdinand I" grants automatic recognition if the applicant has obtained the teaching position within a higher education institution accredited by the EU, from the European Economic Area or from Switzerland, or from institutions included in the List of prestigious universities from other countries approved by OM no. 5826/2016.
The recognition of the teaching position is carried out by the decision of the rector, issued within 30 days based on the resolution of the Evaluation Committee. The exercise of rights and the occupation of a teaching position in the Romanian higher education system is carried out in accordance with the legal norms in force.

The appeal is sent electronically to the university. Subsequently, the final decision of the university can be challenged in court.
