The current professional certificate is the document issued at the request of the dental practitioner or the competent homologous authority from another state and includes relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which the dental practitioner exercises or has exercised his/her profession during his/her tenure as a member of the College of Dental Practitioners of Romania, hereinafter referred to as CMSR.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dental Practitioners of Romania, through the territorial colleges, for the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of the services provided and the safety of the patients in relation to them, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 on health reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions, art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by H.G. no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance and use of proof of professional honorability and morality for doctors, dentists and pharmacists, as well as Decision of the National Council of the CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 - consolidated form including the amendments and additions made by Decision no. 4/2CN of March 28, 2024 published in the Official Gazette no. 341/12.04.2024 regarding, preparationand issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity period: 3 months from the date of issue

The issuance fee is 1000 lei according to the Decision of the Council of the College of Dental Practitioners Braila. The fee can be paid into the account RO89 BTRL RONC RT03 7162 6201 BANCA TRANSILVANIA
