The pharmacist who changes their workplace from one county to another or to Bucharest is required to register with the college in whose jurisdiction the new workplace is located within a maximum of 10 days from the date of starting the activity.

Registration is based on the transfer note. The transfer note is issued by the College of Pharmacists from Satu Mare, based on the application submitted by the applicant. The transfer note will be handed to the applicant, with signature. After issuing the Transfer Note, the pharmacist's transfer will be requested electronically in the Pharmacists' Register and in the CDS Platform.
