Procedure for veterinary sanitary registration of direct sale activities of primary products of animal origin, by the County Veterinary Sanitary and Food Safety Directorates, respectively of the municipality of Bucharest.
ATTENTION!!!
Direct sale of primary products of animal origin:
- also includes the supply by producers directly to the final consumer of primary products of animal origin, in small quantities, in agri-food markets, during fairs, exhibitions, organization of events during religious holidays or other such public events, periodically organized by local/county authorities throughout the national territory;
- also includes the direct supply of raw milk, through vending machines, by agricultural producers who own veterinary-authorized/registered dairy cattle farms;
- does not include delivery activities from the place of production of primary products for subsequent processing in veterinary-authorized units, which can be carried out without being limited in terms of quantities and distribution area.
The procedure applies to:
- producers of primary products
- raw milk vending machines
a)located in the county where the origin farm is veterinary-authorized/registered and operates.
b)located outside the county where the origin farm is veterinary-authorized/registered and operates.

Requested documentation for agricultural producers who own dairy cow farms and intend to carry out direct selling activities of raw milk through one or more vending machines, which are located outside the county where the farm of origin is registered and operates, the producers shall submit to the county veterinary and food safety directorate, or that of the municipality of Bucharest, where the vending machines are to be located. ATTENTION!!! It includes ALL the documentation listed under letters a), b), c), d), f), g), h), and must be submitted to the county veterinary and food safety directorate, or that of the municipality of Bucharest, in whose territory the vending machines are to be installed.*
