This procedure is addressed to the members of the College of Dental Physicians Buzau.

The current professional certificate is the document that contains the relevant personal information regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dental physicians practice their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the Romanian College of Dental Physicians, through territorial colleges, for guaranteeing the quality of services provided and the safety of patients in relation to them, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding the health reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by H.G. no. 1464/2006 regarding the drafting, issuing and use of evidence of honorability and professional morality of physicians, dental physicians and pharmacists, as well as the Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the drafting and issuance of the current professional certificate. The issuance fee is 500 lei according to the decision of the Board of the College of Dental Physicians Buzau
