This procedure is addressed to the members of the College of Dental Physicians from Constanța County.

The current professional certificate is the document that includes the relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dental physicians practice their profession. The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dental Physicians of Romania, through the territorial colleges, in order to guarantee the quality of the services provided and the safety of the patients in relation to them, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 on health care reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, of art. 1 from the methodological rules approved by H.G. no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance, and use of proofs of honorability and professional morality for physicians, dental physicians, and pharmacists, as well as Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate. The issuance fee is 500 lei according to the decision of the Council of the College of Dental Physicians of Romania. The fee can be paid online in account RO85RZBR0000060005982017, Raiffeisen Bank.

Validity period: 3 months from the date of issuance.
