The procedure consists of veterinary sanitary authorization/registration, by the County Veterinary Sanitary and Food Safety Directorates, respectively of the municipality of Bucharest, of units carrying out brokerage activities in the field of animal feed without holding feed in their own buildings/premises/installations or means of transport referred to in letter b) and/or d) point 4 of Annex No. 1, respectively Annex No. 2 to the Order of the ANSVSA President no. 44/2017 for the approval of the veterinary sanitary norm regarding the procedure for veterinary sanitary authorization/registration of units carrying out activities in the field of animal feed and the means of transport for animal feed, as subsequently amended and supplemented.

NB: Applications will be filled in and submitted according to the specific nature of the unit, as follows: for the activities provided for in letter b) and/or d) point 4 of Annex No. 1 to the Order of the ANSVSA President no. 44/2017 the authorization application shall be submitted, and for those provided for in letter b) and/or d) point 4 of Annex No. 2 to the Order of the ANSVSA President no. 44/2017 the registration application shall be submitted.
The processing time starts from the date of submission of the complete documentation.
