The registration in the trade register of PFA, II and IF is done based on the motivated resolution of the director of the trade register office attached to the tribunal or of the person designated by the Decision of the general director of ONRC. Against the resolution of the director of the trade register office attached to the tribunal or the designated person, a complaint can be filed within 15 days from the pronouncement or communication, as the case may be. The complaint is filed at the court in whose territorial jurisdiction the professional headquarters of the applicant is located and is judged under the conditions of common law.
