This procedure is addressed to the members of the Timiș College of Dentists The current professional certificate is the document that includes relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dentists practice their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dentists of Romania, through the territorial colleges, for the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of the services provided and the safety of patients in relation to it, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 on health reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by Government Decision no. 1464/2006 on the preparation, issuance and use of proof of honorability and professional morality for doctors, dentists and pharmacists, as well as National Council of CMSR Decision no. 16/2CN/2019 on the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate. The issuance fee is 150 lei according to the decision of the Council of the Timiș College of Dentists
