This procedure is addressed to the members of the Iași College of Dental Physicians

The current professional certificate is the document that includes relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dental physicians practice their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the Romanian College of Dental Physicians, through the territorial colleges, for the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of the services provided and the safety of patients in relation to them, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding healthcare reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by H.G. no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance, and use of evidence of honorability and professional morality of physicians, dentists, and pharmacists, as well as Decision no. 16/2CN/2019 of the National Council of CMSR regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity period of the professional certificate: 3 months from the date of issuance
The issuance fee is 500 lei according to the decision of the Iași College of Dental Physicians Council
The fee can be paid into account RO63BTRLRONCRT00J5271802, opened at Banca Transilvania, beneficiary College of Dental Physicians Iași, VAT no. 17061983
