In case of theft, loss, destruction or deterioration of the Certificate of Professional Competence, the holder may request the issuance of a duplicate. In case of deterioration of the Certificate of Professional Competence, the holder will hand over the damaged copy to the issuer on the date of issuance of the duplicate. Duplicates are issued only once during the validity period of the Certificate of Professional Competence.
The duplicate of the Certificate of Professional Competence is issued by the county veterinary and food safety directorates, or, as the case may be, of the municipality of Bucharest,
