Procedure regarding the recognition within Emanuel University of Oradea of academic teaching positions obtained in accredited educational institutions abroad*

This methodology establishes the manner in which the recognition of teaching positions obtained at accredited higher education institutions abroad is carried out within Emanuel University of Oradea.

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries who have obtained teaching positions in accredited higher education institutions from member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and at prestigious universities from other states included in the "List of prestigious universities from other states" approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.

Appeal routes

The decision of recognition or non-recognition may be appealed within 10 (ten) days from the date of communication, by submitting a substantiated request to the General Secretariat of the university. Appeals are resolved within 30 days from registration by the Appeals Resolution Committee appointed by the Rector's decision. Subsequently, the final decision of the university may be challenged in court.
